Multiple Moderco 700 series operable partitions were installed during the renovation and addition to the Grand View University Student Center. Two 19’-3” x 11’-0” electrically operated, operable partitions were installed to separate a large space into multiple classrooms. In addition, a 41’-6” x 11’-0” manually operated partition was installed in the cafeteria. This wall included two pass doors with closure, door viewer, exit sign, panic bar and pocket doors for panel storage.
